For you subscribers of Object Desktop, check Impulse because Beta 1 of Fences Pro has been released.  This is an early beta version, and Fences Pro introduces a few new features in this release.

Fences Pro features:

• Icon sorting
• Advanced sorting (date, name, etc.)
• Rules to move/sort icons

As mentioned, this is a beta so if you do run this and encounter any issues, please report them to this thread so they may be investigated.

I was on a search this week for a new set of wallpapers for the office PC’s, and as usual, I have a difficult time narrowing down the choices.  It’s almost time to change to the winter holiday wallpapers, but lets see what we have this week.

Windows 7 has managed to make quite a bit of buzz over the last couple of weeks since its release.  Reviews from all around are giving it a big thumbs up, and it is very popular with all of us here as well.  For many of us though, we still have to use other OS’s, and now that Windows 7 is out, how does it stack up against something like Windows Vista?
