i love this bootskin, it is one of my favorites...but i figured out what it says, i compared dragon, fire, lizard and monster very closely and came up that it means fire lizard, that is what the chinese/japenese/etc. call dragon's...if you take off the 3 lines coming off from the bottom, you have fire...and then lizard just adds the lines
