This is a really good one.!!
I've got to be one of the biggest snobs on ease and usability when it comes to CursorXP. There are only a few that fall in my 'good to use long-term' category and this looks to be one of 'em.! Great work.! The I-beam/L-beam is a new concept. I'd be curious if you had any particular thoughts when designing it.
Industrial but not cold.

Well it seems some people want color, I just might do something about that.
Myrddin: If you mean the text cursor, I just wanted to make it different, so under lining the text seemed to be the way to go.

nyteinc: I didn't think the placement of the hot spot was important on the busy cursor, after all the computer is busy. So I loaded Right click and sure enough it shows the busy cursor, witch is a little odd. Feel free to move the hot spot using CursorXp, when I upload the color version that will be fixed(after the new year).
