I don't understand the low rating either. But, everybody has a right to hs/her opinion.

Why has this cursor scored so low? In my experience the skinning community are usually appreciative of people submitting there work free of charge. I'm using this cursor now and I like it. I would of given it 7 -8 out of 10 but will give it a 10 to balence this disgusting score a little.
