I have forgotten something...

You may enter the Time Delay in any formats like: 1s, 1 sec, 3 minutes, 10 m, 1 h, 10 hours, etc...
The same for Minimal Image Size. Just type x between its width and height.

Have a nice day (or night)!

For some reason the system would not let me rate this item, indicating I was not a subscriber, although I am one. Five stars for sure and I look forward to more additions to your great SD theme.

Hi Vad!! I am impressed with your work, I love all the SD material, but I must make a request. You see, my windowblinds theme, as well as many of the applications and visual tweaks I have installed, are colored black and bright blue. The blue color in your schemes is perfect, but the gray just doesn't work with the rest of my desktop. Is it possible for you to release a darker frame version of the SD Desktop? I mean, a black one would be sweet!! If not, can you tell me how to change it myself? I know I am asking a lot, but, please, it's just that the SD Desktop is the single greatest gizmo of all time!! I don't want to ditch it just because it doesn't look right! Please, please!!

Uhm, by the way, I wasn't able to access the options of the SD Slideshow with the arrow-pointing-down button, meaning I couldn't do any of the wonderful things it is capable of; don't know if it's only a particular issue or the widget has any bug or something.

SD Desktop is not a commercial project. As well as I like the grey metal background with a blue displays on it. But I don't like black and I don't like to draw! I like coding... How I can help you in this case?

The SD Desktop 4.01 is a gadget so it can't be recolored (as well as the other standalone gadgets).

However you may recolor any widgets you want to use on your desktop. Just open them in the DesktopX Builder, make a few *.png images with the same size and necessary colors. Then replace these images to the corresponding objects and rewrite the widget.

This widget uses DesktopX Form to create the Settings Box so I'm not sure that this is some bugs in my script (I have tested the widget on a several computers with XP and Vista). Just try to clear the widget cache if you see nothing after pressing the button. May be this help you...

Honestly I cannot wait when people will stop making a skins for old widgets    and begin to make directly A NEW WIDGETS with A NEW OWN SCRIPTS...

So I'm very happy that the learning of DesktopX is interesting for you.

Good Luck!

beautiful widgets as always Vlad. Speaking of the SD desktop, are you planning on doing one in a 1280x1024 resolution which is the resolution I use that would be great but thanks again for all the beautiful widgets you've given us.

Thank you. However I can't understand your problem:
are you planning on doing one in a 1280x1024
The last version of the main gadget is "resolution Independent" now:WWW Link (i.e. it automatically moves to the center / bottom of the screen with any resolutions).

Then you may download the SD Wallpapers here: WWW Link. The package contains the 1280 x 1024 images.

"The next part of SD SideBar (coming soon)..." Hey Vad does this mean you will be updating these dynamic apps to work as sidebar gadgets like you did with the SD Sidebar Clock which a fave of mine?

Hey Vad does this mean you will be updating these dynamic apps to work as sidebar gadgets like you did with the SD Sidebar Clock which a fave of mine
This mean that I make my own Sidebar. Why?

There are my three reasons:
1. DesktopX projets exported as a Vista Gadgets doesn't work stable.
2. Vista Gadgets that you may see in the Live Gallery are very primitive an i don't like them.
3. I hate Java Script because it doesn't close any of opened ActiveX objects that require a lot of additional memory...

So I decided to make one more Sidebar with a set of necessary gadgets that will work not only on Vista but on XP too.
