Have you tried rebooting? Does the Exploding Orbs dream work? I used the same encoder. I've heard of the "active movie" window bug before, but not sure what causes it.

Im running Dual Screen on my computer is it possible to set it to run on both it only runs on my main screen and my offscreen turns just black is there a way to change that? Love this btw.

If your running two video cards, DeskScapes doesn't support that. Otherwise it should work. it worked till I get new dreams, I really don't understand...
If by "new dreams" you mean all the ones that didn't come with DeskScpaes then it sounds like it might be an MPEG-2 codec issue. Check out the DeskScapes FAQ to troubleshoot your codec

What kind of card are you using biff. With ATI you can set your screens up in Catalyst Control Center. It's the same wall on both screens but it works.
