This turned out really nice and it's the same price as a cold beer at the local pub. Guess I drink one less this evening as this is a must buy.

I'd buy it in a hearbeat if the rotation could be slowed down, that speed would be way too distracting for me.

The preview is actaully twice as fast as the actual dream. I wanted to keep the preview swf a small size.

I originally rendered it at 1920x1200 because that is what my monitor runs. I'm happy to report that lowering the resolution and encoding it as MPEG2 did very little damage to the final product and still looks great running on my 1920x1200 monitor. You won't be disappointed at 1280x1024!

Thanks for the reply MasterBaron, I bought it. It's still a littlefast for me but I have got to say I am running it on a 24 inch monitor at 1920X1200 and this thing is beautful. By far the nicest looking dream ever created!

I purchased this dream- NICE! Although I would like a version that is a little slower- the fast pace is a little dizzying hahah. Good work though! Perhaps an additional slower version can be offered.

I agree with others on a version that is a little slower but, if you cut the speed say to half of what it is now, would that not double the file size? If so, what's the max size allowed by Wincustomize?

Wny does everyone keep creating these "fast" Dreams? They are impressive on initial viewing but DISTRACTING to actually keep as a background.

Yes, the size will double and there is a 150MB limit on a dream file. It's already a 2 minute dream, and it takes over 15 seconds for Italy to appear and disappear across the screen so its not all that fast. We have a big world, and a lot to see in only a few minutes
This is a balance or size/quality/speed that was settled on. (My first attempt was faster, but Wincustomize suggested slowing down)
Some users like a desktop with lots a action, others don't. This is not one of those dreams for the user who prefers subtle desktop motion
For me, I like both kind and have been running this one since I made it.
