OK, just hang on a mo while I go get my leaf vac/blower.

Yep, this is an interesting shot and the choice of elements is quite good.

I don't use Vista's sidebar myself, being I use Winstep Xtreme for my
desktop gadgets, but yours looks quite good and it co-ordinates well
with the dock and WB, which is one I have yet to use, but now will,
having seen it used here quite nicely. Yep, it's a nicely done shot.

What font are you using in the docks?

Thank you MR.Starkers. I tried blowing the leaves off but she just giggles.  

The font is called Stylistic SF. It's been with me a long time so I don't remember where I got it. A search might find it.
