Hi. I'm new to this kinda stuff. Never knew that changing everything on your computer was doable. Well visually. So I got Impulse from stardock. I saw this skin/ suite and loved it. i downloaded it from the download button. When I go to apply this to my computer from the theme manager it never loads. Can someone please help me?

In Theme Manager go to Setting, under Gerneral Settings make sure that box is marked. That should give you a drop down menu now when you hit Apply. You should see the skins available to download and install.
