hi Danferpinsas,
first you need to have sysmetrix installed on your computer, go here to download the software:http://www.xymantix.com/sysmetrix/download
scroll down that page until you see in blue font " sysmetrix installation version 3.45" simply click on that font, and it will install.
then download this skin and save it to your desktop or somewhere you remember where it is, unzip it, and simply double click the unzipped file and it will automatically skin your sysmetrix, and wallah its done!!!

I hadnt installed Sysmetrix until tonight- so am just getting to these downloads. no pun intended, but "OMG... I love this one!
