PNB was for 'penn national bank', and that sign is actually atop a bell tower.. the building was once called the 'Lincoln-Liberty Building' and its a historic building in the center of Philadelphia.. http://www.philadelphiabuildings.org/pab/app/pj_display.cfm/14310 .. i took these photos from the Wannamaker Pent House, presently the offices of advertising company Red Tettimer
