I am telling you again, those title bars,popup menus etc, they have nothing to do with MacOS X.

And I'm telling you that you are not reading what I'm saying... DEVELOPER PREVIEW #2 did NOT feature the AQUA interface. I run the release version of Mac OS X myself.

This IS MacOS X - before aqua.
Don't forget the DP2 in the name.

I am the author of the site that you linked to. You are incorrect. The skin is indeed Mac OS X DP2. Apple renamed what would become OS X from Rhapsody with the release of DP1. If you would like some more links:
