I have to say that the colors are fresh and innovative. The design is artistic and thoughtfully rendered.
Any detour from the usual and mainstream is a step forward in my opinion.

I've been using this skin today after my comments below. It's really nice and clean.
Suggestion: Remove the change of font when you hover over a taskbar button for example. I think the color change and underline is enough. The font change tends to irritate my eyes a little. I do like the underline effect, it's not often used.
I also think it would be great to keep the skin completely flat. The button effect is nice but doesn't really fit the flow of the skin (most other objects are flat).
I love the color change when your mouse hovers over a button.

I like this a lot. I love the colors, they match quite well with my wallpaper "Hall of mirrors"
