This isn't a desktop theme. It's windowblinds with matching wallpaper. The wallpaper is in the illumination folder. Since windowblinds seems to refuse to install it (on my XP anyway) you must install it yourself from the display properties.

Thanks Sloegin. Burgerman - the start menu is XP. You have to have WindowXP to see it. If you don't have XP I'm sorry to say that you will just see the plain old menu with color changes.

Luv to see a Rainy to match. Beautiful colors, and matched perfectly. My favorites. Luv the way the Start button opens it doors. And the piping around the side. It inspires me to learn to skin. I can dressmake, make curtains, surely I can learn to skin like this.
