SminTxx, it's in the skin file. when you install the skin, you can either apply the wallpaper manually by opening up the display properties dialogue and browsing to the skin folder and selecting "believerwall.bmp", or, if you have it checked in the WB configuration to apply wallpapers supplied by skins, it will put the wallpaper up whenever you apply the skin.
