That's strangethat it will not load for you as it has a UIS1 file in it. Email me ifyou want, I have a UIS@ version as well. I choose not to upload that one because the UIS1 versions works the best on my system. LOL

Of course I am sure this is a windowblinds skin. I had it tested by 5 people who I consider pros at windowblinds skins. Please email me if you are having problems with it. 
Thank you LightStar and thank you for letting me port this. I learned alot about skinning with this project.
Oh and BTW the reason some of you are having problems is because you may need to unzip the file you download because there is 2 files in there. 1 is the WB the other is the permission I got from LightStar to port the artwork.

omg, I am sorry, I wasnt asking YOU if you were sure it was a blind, that was the error message my pc gave me on attepting to install!!! (I'll right now try unzipping, thank ou and bless you!)

If anyone else has my trouble, the problem WAS, it downloaded with the .wba extention, no idea why, I deleted it and downloded again, changing the extention to .zip before clicking okay....file name said .wba but file type called it a zip file (shrugs) who knows, works now, beautiful LOL

Great skin kona, i know its a port but its pretty cool, some of the features arent working but its great to use.

First, Thank you all for your comments, I feel overwelmed and flattered.
I know some features are not working. We tried to make them work for 2 days. I never gave up but for a first port, I thought not bad.
Digital Chet is the man you all should thank. He helped a great deal, along with Snidely whiplash, Skinstudio, and Pas.
