its ok, i wouldn't use it myself becuse it is a bit bland but keep up the work

Very nice and clean skin, i like it 
I like the way you used the yellow and blue in the borders but would like the menus in a single color...it's just personal taste, the skin is really cool, congrats.

this is actually quite excellent,
simple design, clean, the color combination is nice, love the min/max/close window buttons & the windowframe borders & the scrollbar thumb & arrow buttons - overall this a great design. Not sure why it wasn't rec'd well by those downloading skins.
If anything you should use this skin as a template for your future wb skin submissions, switch up the colors, add a few more updated gui elements (skins the quick launch, and start panel item image mouseovers with the same images you used for the taskbar buttons which are really good, make the shutdown, logoff & please wait dialog bkgrnds look the same as your startpanel, make the progress bar yellow instead of blue because the blue blends in with the panel it's sitting, contrast in this area would be better, apply the same skinning elements to the control panel area, etc.) and you could submit several skins all based on this design. I like it, you get 4 stars from me friend!!!
