I don't come here often to rate skins, but I have to say this is one of the best skins I seen in awhile. 
I love Astrology it is my favorite hobby.

This skin is really nice - love the deep sapphire color. The only thing is, I can barely make out the words when the letters are black. The white script is very easy on the eyes, but if it's black, I have to strain my eyes to see it. Love the animations, though.

I really like the start menu animations! I know how hard textures can be to work with too, you pulled it off nicely. Excellent job!
