I gave it a 9 rating for design and use of colours, This is well done without using the usual Gray and Blue you see in most skins that beginners and experts tend to use. The use of the colours in this is a skin showed great creativity and imagination. Your graphics were truly outstanding. There are very few skinner out there in WB Nation that use the color spectrum the way you have. This skin and this skin alone should make you a master skinner.
