Tsk tsk. VERY dificult to skin. As in, almost impossible. It's like, so complicated that I wouldn't even try it. Who uses hotspot buttons anyway?! I mean, hotspot buttons are for wimps. Real men use invisible hotspots. In other words, the less you see them, the better. Kind of reminds me of something.

Hotspot buttons have 3 states, just like the task bitmaps. Hotspots.bmp, HotspotsM.bmp and HotspotsP.bmp. The good thing is that you can specify top, left, right and bottom tiles sections for the bitmap, since it's up to the user to specify the actual size of the hotspot button.Comment #7 Sunday, May 14, 2006 9:33 PM

But what do you mean with "This theme is for WinStep Xtreme users only."? Cant i use this skin cos i only have been on this site for 2-3 weeks?I think that the skin is really goodlooking(I like black

That means that if you are using an older version of the WinStep software this theme will not work. Previous versions of NextSTART and WorkShelf didn't allow for the use of PNG files which this theme uses.
It has nothing to do with how long you've been a WinCustomize member. So enjoy
