Response Time
Saturday, August 6, 2011 by Aussie007 | Discussion: Stardock Support General
I have now been waiting 3 Weeks for a response from Stardock.
I have only received the automated response.
It concerns the aquarium dektop which does not appear in my account.
Only the extra's packs are listed.
I think that I have shown enough patience.
If a mod wants to take a look, it would be most appreciated.
Ticket number UCG524459

I have made Support aware, Aussie007.
Moderators cannot access Support tickets nor your account.
You might take a peek at your email's spam folder to see if you got a response and it was shunted there.

Hi Doc
I do not know why mods cannot access my account.
I do not have any problems.
The ticket is still showing as open and shows myself as the only input.
There is nothing in my spam folder.
I have pm'd you my login details for Stardock support.

I gave the url of this thread as well as your ticket number to Support.
Remember, it's Monday, and they have 'catch up' to do.
Make sure your email address corresponds to your logon (that you haven't changed it). You'll be hearing from someone.

No!! Received a E-mail from Matt Bersch on the 9th apologising for the delay and stating that they were looking into my problem.
Maybe I should nickname support mirror.
Just trying to keep my sense of humor.
Just lost my sense of humor.
(BSOD while typing this reply)
Cheers

BSOD?
Your problems sound serious....
Did you get the code? It should be in the log for critical events.
Need help?
As for Support, they'll do their thing... give them time. In the meantime, let's get your system fixed.
Can you post your system info?

You're welcome.
If your antiviral is updated, please run a deep scan before doing the following:
Please run cmd in administrator mode and type chkdsk /f /r
This process will take some time. We may have to continue tomorrow.

Ran Kaspersky 2011 full scan.
Nil problems.
Ran chkdsk.
All appears OK. Computer rebooted. Cannot find a log file of any type.

Moderators are Volunteers helping with the behind the scenes goings on on Wincustomize, only a S.D. staff member or site admin for WC " which would be jafo or Island dog" can access your account info.

Thanks for that.
I thought it was referring to that there was a problem accessing my account.
Must read more slowly

Every time you write for an update you kick your card to the end of the queue.
Wait patiently. That is the only advice I have right now. This is not a matter of life or death. I'm not a Support person. I will try to contact one again tomorrow morning.

Since it's the weekend Macca, we won't catch anyone today.
However, on Monday I will try to get someone to grab a look at your ticket.
Mondays are usually quite busy because of the weekend off, so please be patient. I've bookmarked this thread.
You could pose the question and see if anyone besides support can help.
